At Cozmostore, we are committed to delivering your orders accurately, in good condition, and always on time.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners.
2. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee of ₹79 applies.
Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may attract an additional fee of ₹50.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours of placement (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
4. Delivery Timelines
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
Remote/Interiors: 7–10 business days
(Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances.)
5. Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched. You can use this link to track real-time updates on your shipment.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
If the order is undelivered after 3 attempts, it will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Delays & Exceptions
Cozmostore is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen events.
